DIANA BERCHAN (NYC) is a self-taught watercolor and mixed media artist who specializes in figurative, abstract and floral art. Diana works out of her art studio in New York City, her original watercolor/gouache paintings, accessories and limited edition giclee prints are now available on her online gallery.

Berchan was raised with an appreciation for style, art and beauty. These tastes led her to pursue a degree in fashion marketing, and later a career as a textile designer/colorist for the home furnishing market… it also formed her first passion, painting.

Diana’s training as a print stylist, strong color sense, mixed with her unique layering of pattern and texture is the principal factor in her watercolor paintings. Her subject matter is based upon everyday situations within everyday life, but with a playful twist.
